Our Vision

We envision a Lithuania where healthy eating is the norm, not the exception. Where families gather around tables filled with wholesome, delicious meals that bring joy rather than stress.

By 2030, we aim to have reached over 100,000 Lithuanians with our programs, creating ripple effects in communities across the country. We see a future where preventable diet-related health issues become increasingly rare.

How We Started

Back in 2019, Dr. Sarah Chen was working as a clinical nutritionist in Vilnius when she noticed something troubling. Patients kept asking the same questions about healthy eating, but they were getting conflicting advice from countless sources online.

She started hosting small workshops in community centers, teaching practical cooking skills and debunking nutrition myths. Word spread quickly – people were hungry for reliable, science-based information that actually worked in their daily lives.

What began as weekend workshops for 12 people has evolved into comprehensive programs serving thousands of Lithuanians. We've maintained that same personal touch, though. Every piece of content we create is tested by real families dealing with real challenges.
